Enrollment Process
Enrollment for the 2022/2023 school year is still open on a limited basis.
Enrollment for the 2023/2024 school year is open!
Tour the School
Come tour our school or attend an open house, ask questions, meet the teachers and staff, and get to know us. Bring your student with you so we can get to know him/her better. Bring any pertinant records (unofficial records are fine).
Complete the Application
After you tour the school, fill out the online application form and submit the non-refundable $75 application fee. Submit all previous student records (IEP/ISP, report cards, high school transcripts, etc). Review the Student Guidebook and Discipline Plan with your student.
Diagnostic Assessment
Once all records have been submitted (including the signed acknowledgement of the student guide book), the student will take a diagnostic assessment after submitting the non-refundable $45 assessment fee. This assessment is completed with one of the teachers to determine learning style, curriculum placement, and academic levels. This is an opportunity for the student and teacher to get to know each other and to determine if Streams of Hope is the right fit for both the student and the school.
Enrollment
Once all records have been submitted and the diagnostic test has been completed and scored, we will determine enrollment. All new students are accepted on a 9 week probationary period with a 6 week parent conference with the classroom teacher and Executive Director to discuss progress. After paying the first month’s tuition and technology fee, the classroom teacher will work with you to determine your student’s start date (if beginning in the middle of the year).
